The owner, Philip Varvaro, learned the trade at his father’s smoked meat deli, The Main, in the heart of Montreal. Starting at 14 years old, Phil worked his way up starting as a dishwasher. The family deli has always emphasized home made meals such as latkeas, pieirogies, soups, and of course, Montreal’s famous smoked meat. Delibee’s is located on Valois Bay Avenue in Pointe Claire.

We serve everything from early lunch to dinner. We also have a take out menu. From our fries to our smoked meat and potato salad, all of our menu items are home made using our secret family recipes. Our menu will be sure to satisfy even the most discriminating palate. From children to adults, there is something that every family member will enjoy. Whether it’s a home made meal in the restaurant, a quick Montreal- style smoked meat sandwich to go, or catering on location at your next event, Delibee’s staff looks forward to serving you.

Freshly Prepared Quality Ingredients
Our smoked meat is prepared in small batches twice (sometimes three) times a week in order to maintain freshness and ensure that our customers receive the best quality and flavor. We use Alberta ‘Canada Prime’ meat in our smoker.

Something for Everyone
Although focused on ‘Smoked Meat’ our extensive menu has something to suit all tastes. Alberta beef brisket is our best sell, however turkey, pork and beef ribs are also on our smoker schedule. the Delibee menu features a wide choice of ‘Sides’ typically homemade coleslaw (traditional or creamy)  & pickles. Our fries are made fresh daily. There are also some vegetarian options for those with specific dietary restrictions or preferences.

Our ‘Smoker’
Our smoking technique, developed over many years, ensures consistent flavors, tenderness and moisture. Attention to detail is the key. Precise temperature control and ensuring the correct airflow to maintain a consistent smoke atmosphere within the chamber. At Delibee’s we typically use ‘Apple’ or ‘Maple’ in our smoker that provide a more delicate flavor that our customers prefer,

Ambience & Comfortable Seating
At Delibee’s we have re-created n old school diner that showcases sign art and sporting teams (and individuals) from a bygone era.   Our knowledgeable staff  can assist with menu choices and offer customers (especially new ones) recommendations.

Community Engagement
